As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Dale

My affinity for real estate fueled a switch from working at Boeing to becoming a real estate broker in 1967. With more than five decades of experience, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of the industry, but still find every day rewarding, as I love being able to meet new people and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Based out of the John L. Scott Kent North office, I often help clients in Renton, Kent, Auburn, Maple Valley, Covington, Federal Way, Des Moines and Burien. I have experience in a wide range of areas within real estate – including residential, commercial, land, retail and syndication deals. My real estate approach is centered around providing the best service to my clients, and I am always seeking opportunities to exceed their expectations. My clients often appreciate that I am honest, follow through with my commitments and I do what it takes to get the job done.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, and have gone on numerous salmon fishing trips to Rivers Inlet and Vancouver Island in Canada, and Sitka and Craig in Alaska. In 1980, I went commercial purse seine fishing in Chignik, Alaska, which is on the midpoint of the Alaska Peninsula. I also like to camp, boat, cook, read, watch football and spend time with my daughters.

Renton

Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Renton, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
